We have had reports of Storefeeder being slow and timing out. We are investigating the issue and looking to resolve ASAP.

You do not have to contact Support as we are already taking steps to mitigate and resolve.

Monitoring - We have taken steps to mitigate the slowness. We are continuing to monitor but it is looking good so far. If you experience any timeouts or similar issues, please try clearing your cache and cookies and try again. If you continue to have issues after clearing, please contact us and let us know what you were attempting.
