Resolved - The Etsy issue is now resolved.

However, the issue caused Etsy accounts to disconnect from StoreFeeder.

To get your integration live again, you need to reconnect your Etsy account to StoreFeeder by following the instructions on this KnowledgeBase Guide:

This will reconnect your account and return Etsy to normal.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue that started overnight where we are unable to connect to some Etsy accounts.

At this point it is looking like an issue on their side similar to another that happened in June but their status page hasn't been updated as yet.

We will update this page as we find out more. Any missed undespatched orders will naturally be imported once the connection is working again.

Resolved - Although we have had no official confirmation from Evri, we can see customers despatching orders using Evri services without issues this morning.

We will continue to monitor this morning, but as far as we can see, the issue appears to be resolved.

Investigating - We have had reports that customers are getting error messages relating to an "Invalid User Postcode" when trying to despatch orders using the Evri (Hermes) integration.

Having been in touch with Evri, it seems it is a known issue their end and they are working to rectify the issue.

We will update this page when we have more information.

Resolved - We have had no further reports of this occurring today.

Despite the DHL status page still showing a potential issue, we are happy that this is now very intermittent.

Update - We continue to see reports of intermittent issues with printing DHL labels.

To reiterate, this is an issue with DHLs API and not StoreFeeder and is out of our control.

The issue does seem to be intermittent, so you may need to simply retry despatching after a few minutes if you get errors.

There is no action we can take to resolve this, so we would suggest you speak to your DHL account manager to ensure they are aware.

We will monitor and update this page with any information that becomes available.

Monitoring - We have had a few reports now that the errors when despatching DHL orders have returned.

This did seem to be intermittant last time so you may need to retry despatching after a few minutes if you get errors.

This again is an issue with DHLs API and not StoreFeeder and is out of our control.

As previously, unfortunately there isnt much we can do at our side so we would suggest you speak to your DHL account manager to ensure they are aware.
