Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - We have identified that a communication issue caused a backlog of orders coming into the system which added extra load onto the system. We have doubled the amount of resources available to allow things to catch up. We will monitor the situation but will allow for extra resources for the forseeable.

Investigating - We have been made aware that orders for some channels have not imported orders since a point in time last night.

We have restarted all jobs while we investigate the root cause so orders should start coming in now. We have all available resources looking into this.

Resolved - As far as we can tell, this incident appears to be resolved on Amazon's end, as we have had no further reports.

Monitoring - We are monitoring the situation as it appears to be intermittently failing with successful requests in between.

Investigating - We have been made aware that some users are unable to generate labels via Amazon's Buy Shipping platform. We are currently investigating but we have also seen issues with other providers so at first look this appears to be an Amazon issue.

Amazon's status pages are still showing as healthy and we are trying to contact them for more information.
