Resolved - Despatches do now appear to be working for our customers.

However DHL have updated their status page to highlight issues

As it appears to be working for SF customers we are marking this as resolved

Monitoring - It now appeares to be intermittantly working but you may get timeouts.

If you get one its worth waiting and retrying.

Investigating - We have had a couple of reports of being unable to despatch orders via DHL Parcel.

At this point although their status page is showing no issues it does appear to be an issue their side.

We will attempt to keep this page updated as we find out more.

You may wish to contact your DHL account manager for more info if you are affected.

Resolved - OnBuys API started working again on Friday evening and any missed operations will have caught up shortly after.

Update - Updated to Major Otage

Identified - We have been informed that the API that links StoreFeeder to OnBuy is having issues again.

This is meaning that orders will not import, inventory updates will not take place and despatch notifications will be be sent to OnBuy.

This is on OnBuy's side and is out of StoreFeeder's control.

We are attempting to contact OnBuy for updates and will provide any further information as we get it on this page.
