Identified - We have been informed by Amazon of ongoing issues with some of their API feeds.

This may effect the updating of both inventory and shipping updates from StoreFeeder to Amazon.

DHL Degraded service
Resolved - Dear Customers,

We are seeing that DHL service has returned to normal. We will resolve this incident here.

Investigating - Dear Customers,

We are aware of reports of degraded service affecting DHL. Initial investigations indicate that this issue is originating from DHL rather than StoreFeeder.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and are awaiting further updates from DHL. There is no need to contact support regarding this at this time.

We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
