What's happening: Royal Mail will be carrying out essential maintenance on OBA, during which the service will be unavailable.
When: Sunday, 20 September 2026, 06:00–15:30 (UK time)
What this means for you: Please do not manifest any orders via Royal Mail OBA during this window. Hold off and manifest these once the system is back online after 15:30.
